RA accepts submissions of items, collections, and estates via email or text everyday. With a team of experts, we are well-equipped to evaluate and estimate your items. The first step of consignment is as simple as a phone call or email! We will typically request photos of your items and are even available for FaceTime “walk-thrus” for large estates you are looking to liquidate. After an initial evaluation, RA can come on-site or you can bring your items in for consignment. RA charges a fair and flat commission on all items sold at auction and our contract is transparent.

Once your item(s) are brought into RA’s gallery and inventoried, your items will be researched, photographed, and cataloged in one of our international, online auctions. When this auction is posted online, Rivich Auction will forward you a consignment list, complete with lot numbers and a link to view your items.

RA posts all auctions on three international, online platforms. By using our Rivich Auction bidding website, LiveAuctioneers, Invaluable, and HiBid, all items can be viewed by anyone- no matter their location. To view your items, all you need to do is search bid.rivichauction.com in your search bar, or lookup “Rivich Auction” on LiveAuctioneers.com or Bidsquare.com.

Once Rivich Auction concludes the auction with your items, payment is released as early as 35 days post-sale and all proceeds less commission are available to the consignor. If you are local to Chicago, RA can arrange a pick up appointment for your check; if not, Rivich Auction can mail you your check!
